The facilities were spotless and the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. the hotel was located in a quiet area which allowed for a peaceful stay.
The English language proficiency of the telephone receptionist could do with some improvement. However, she made up for it by being proactive and ensuring that her boss would return my call promptly to resolve my query.

We recently stayed in a hotel that pleasantly surprised us. Despite being a bit of a distance from the center, the value for money was excellent. the hotel's facilities were clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with many options to choose from. Although the hotel was a bit out of the way, there were still some positive things about the location. the area was quiet, and secondly, the hotel was conveniently located near a beautiful lake, which provided us with a scenic view from our room.
The English language proficiency of one of the hotel staff members could have been better.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the amenities provided such as the ironing facilities and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food options for breakfast, and we enjoyed relaxing at the bar/lounge area in the evenings.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

My recent business trip to Changsha exceeded my expectations thanks to the comfortable and spotless facilities of my hotel. the front desk staff was always available and helpful in providing information about the city's main attractions, as well as offering assistance with transportation arrangements. the location close to local restaurants and shopping centers was a plus.
I was impressed with the effort they made to address my concerns by having a supervisor return my call and striving to resolve my query.
